CONSORTIUM MEMBERSHIP
As a consortium member you have access to:
- Bear hunt as per table and licence issued | one organised hunt only
– The hunt is held on 4,700 hectare estate in Dalarna County and is subject to a licence issued for the estate.
– The hunt opens on 21 August at dawn
– Party hunt | arrival Tuesday 20 August, hunt days Thursday to Friday (depending on when quota for Dalarna is met)
- Elk hunt as hunting timetable
– The entire hunting estate is open to the hunt (12,300 ha)
– Each member is entitled to max 6 elk hunting days, which can be used in person or together with an invited hunt colleague or colleagues. The number of elk hunting days can be utilised freely as below:
– Party hunt: 3 consecutive days w. 42:1 | first week of elk season | arrival Sunday, hunting days Monday-Wednesday and/or:
– Party hunt: 3 consecutive days w.42:2 | first week of elk season | arrival Tuesday, hunting days Wednesday-Friday. Naturally, you can also book the whole week if you wish.
– Elk hunt w.43 is fully booked.
– Party hunt: 2 consecutive days hunting w.44:1 | third week of elk season | arrival Sunday, hunting days Monday-Tuesday and/or:
– Party hunt: 3 consecutive days w .44:1| arrival Tuesday, hunting days Wednesday-Friday.
– Individual hunt | member alone or with own friends | can be organised after w.44 and booked with dog handler always via leader of the hunt | supplementary charge SEK 3,000 per day/Gun
- Bird hunt as per shooting timetable | Individual hunt, beat allocated by leader of the hunt, where consortium members are allocated beats adjudged to have the most plentiful birds
– Each member is welcome to bring a Gun friend for max 2 days during the first two weeks of the bird hunting season, free hunting without hunt leader
– During the rest of the season, each member may bring max 5 Guns for max 2 days, free hunt without hunt leader
– Weeks 42-44, no hunting other than elk
- Small game | Roe deer, hare & beaver | as applicable table | Individual hunt, beat allocated by hunt leader
– Each member may hunt freely without the hunt leader for max 2 days during the hunting season where each member may invite one Gun friend
– Weeks 42-44, no hunting other than elk
- Food, accommodation and transport for 6 elk hunting days in total included as follows:
- Total of 6 nights accommodation, in single rooms in modern, renovated log cabins or in a classic Presbytery setting. Hotel standard.
- Party breakfast | 6 guests | and between meal snacks at the Presbytery during organised hunts. For individual hunts, breakfast and packed picnic will be provided in cabin.
- Lunch | 6 guests | served in hide during organised hunts
- Three course evening meal including drinks package| 6 guests | served during organised hunts weeks 42-44 in the beautiful Presbytery dining room with personal chef. Dinner arrangements for individual hunts as per mutual agreement. Simpler meal on evening of arrival included.
- Transport to and from hide during organised hunts, individual Guns to organise their own car transport.
- If you wish to stay longer than the above, additional nights can be booked at a special rate via Säfsen Hunting Lodge.
- COST: 3 900 euro per year, min. 2-year contract
